GREENHOUSE GAS AND ENERGY AUDITING
With increasing energy costs and the introduction of mandatory government reporting measures on greenhouse gas emissions, Australian companies cannot afford to ignore the energy and greenhouse aspects of their operations.
Earth Systems understand the need for reducing greenhouse emissions and using energy more wisely.
Earth Systems can help reduce energy costs, as well as measure, minimise and report greenhouse gas emissions.
We can conduct an energy audit of sites or processes, develop energy management plans for long-term cost savings, and undertake detailed feasibility studies on large energy-savings opportunities.
Additionally, with expertise in both greenhouse auditing and international carbon trading, we can help minimise the risks and take advantage of opportunities presented by the new carbon economy.
Services Provided:
Specialist Greenhouse Gas Emissions Consulting and Auditing
Earth Systems provides customised audits depending on clients’ requirements, as well as expert guidance on compliance reporting under the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting (NGER) Act.
Energy Audits
Energy audits will identify energy saving measures and project the associated financial savings. Earth System offers site or process-specific energy audits (in accordance with AS/NZS 3598) as well as structured Energy Management Plans to manage long term energy saving initiatives.
Feasibility Studies
Our process engineering team can provide an independent assessment of your site’s options for energy enhancement projects, such as waste heat recovery, renewable energy production, co- or tri-generation, waste gasification or digestion.
Emissions Trading
Our emissions trading services includes liaising with international carbon credit (CER/VER) buyers, coordinating Emission Reduction Purchase Agreements (ERPAs) and providing technical advice to project developers on value and risk management of CERs or VERs.
